Does Garden Ridge offer online shopping or a catalog?
Garden Ridge does not offer either at this time.

Does Garden Ridge have gift cards?
Yes, you can purchase a gift card for any denomination at your local Garden Ridge store.

Does Garden Ridge have a credit card?
Garden Ridge no longer offers a credit card. If you have questions call toll-free (888) 621-3814

Does Garden Ridge accept product requests or special orders?
No, Garden Ridge does not accept product requests or special orders at this time.

What are your store hours?
Regular store hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday. 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday.

Are motorized carts available?
Yes, each Garden Ridge store is equipped with motorized carts for your shopping convenience.

Can I put an item on hold until I get to the store?
No, Garden Ridge sells on a first come basis.

Can I call a store to see if an item is available?
No, each Garden Ridge store contains nearly a million unique items spread across a store the size of three football fields, so there’s no easy way for us to search for a specific product. We encourage you to come shop our store for yourself.

Does Garden Ridge have delivery service?
No, Garden Ridge does not provide delivery services.

Does Garden Ridge accept employment applications online?
Yes! to apply online go to https://employment.gardenridge.com/

Does Garden Ridge donate to the community or accept donation requests?
Garden Ridge donates to several non-profit organizations and does not accept donation requests.

Does Garden Ridge plan to open stores in cities and states where they don't currently exist?
Yes, Garden Ridge is rapidly expanding across the country with four stores opening in 2008 and more scheduled for 2009. Look for announcements of new store openings on the Garden Ridge home page.

Does Garden Ridge offer franchise opportunities?
No, all stores are owned and operated by Garden Ridge.
